What services do you offer?

We provide mental health counseling, the talk therapy kind, and our credentialed team uses evidence-based treatment techniques for a myriad of concerns, including specialized treatments for anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. We offer online therapy, telehealth treatment, as well as in-person face to face therapy sessions. We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, and therapy for children & adolescents. Do you have CREDENTIALED therapists?

All of our therapists are trained, credentialed, and have the natural gift of therapy. Our all-female team are hand selected to fit the specialties Resolve offers, & align with Resolve values. Some of our therapists are residents working under supervision, and some are independently licensed. All of our therapists are committed to excellence in the service they provide, and offer top of the line, evidence-based treatment.

Is online therapy an option?

Yes! We offer online therapy, telephone therapy, and in-person therapy at our clinic in the Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington, VA. Our online therapy is convenient and discreet, and we use a HIPAA compliant video call service for your privacy.

Is in-person therapy an option?

Yes! We offer in-person therapy at our clinic in the Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington, VA. Our clinic has an inexpensive parking garage and ample free street parking on Oak St., which is the intersecting street to Langston Blvd. We are also metro accessible to the Rosslyn stop, as well as accessible by all busses that hub in Rosslyn. We are also able to offer online therapy or telephone therapy if ever that is more convenient for you.

IS RESOLVE out-of-network provider?

Yes! This means that you pay Resolve the full fee directly, and your insurance company mails you a check for some portion of what you’ve already paid. This is how the vast majority of therapists work in DC and nearby suburbs. To get your check, we provide you with an insurance-friendly receipt called a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company so that they mail you a reimbursement check through your out of network benefits. Most insurance companies provide 60-80% reimbursement for behavioral health, but you should definitely check with your insurance company to be sure. We have more details and a list of questions you can ask your insurance company on our fee page.

You can also use Reimbursify to submit your Superbills easily and get reimbursed seamlessly.

shouldn’t I find AN IN-NETWORK PROVIDER?

Unfortunately, in our area, it is extremely difficult to get a call back from, much less get off of waitlists of therapists who are in-network with your insurance company. Working with an out of network therapist in our area means that your therapist is available and responsive to you, right away. It also means that insurance companies cannot dictate how much or what kind of therapy you receive. Your care is at the discretion of you and your provider, and your first appointment will be scheduled as urgently as you need it.

And remember, you can expect a check back from your insurance company for some portion of what you have paid Resolve, so long as you have out of network benefits for behavioral health, and so long as you remember to submit the insurance-friendly receipts we give you (called Superbills) to your insurance company directly or through Reimbursify, a website designed to making submitting Superbills easier.

how much Do Your services tYpically cost?

Check out our fee page for more details, but here is the summary: our clinic is private pay at $250 per session, but you can expect a check back from your insurance company for some portion of what you have paid Resolve, so long as you have out of network benefits for behavioral health, and so long as you remember to submit the insurance-friendly receipts we give you (called Superbills) to your insurance company directly or through Reimbursify, a website designed to making submitting Superbills easier.
